ABOUT THE ARTIST

My name is Elaina Myers and growing up my parents gave me a really good life in Pflugerville, Texas. They would take my older brother and I on many trips around the country to experience the world in real life instead of pictures or paintings. My dad is a landscape photographer so it's a really cool experience going with him, but I have to blame my artistic passion on my mom. She would always paint with me and did a really good job making everything I need to get creative easily accessible. The time I had on planes and car rides while traveling and watching my brothers baseball games I was able to practice so much. even though I mostly just drew pineapples and unicorns it really helped me get the concept down at a young age. I started painting album covers over the COVID pandemic and would hang the in my room. I continued sticking with it and started painting some for my friends too. I really enjoy painting some of the pictures my dad has taken on the trips we go on.
